Eligibility:
The minimum eligibility for pursuing this course is that the students should have completed their graduation from a recognised college in India. The student should have also obtained the minimum marks as mentioned by the university. This ranges from 45%-55% (generally).

If possible, you can try in a regular college. If you want to do a correspondence course then you can do it from IGNOU.
