Students of all age group can apply for admission to Distance MA courses. There is no age limit crietria for admission to Distance MA degree program. 

Distance MA is post-graduation degree in Arts stream which can be taken by students after compelting their graduation with minimum percentage. 

Students must fulfill the basic eligibility criteria for the Distance MA course before applying for admission.

Students who have completed their graduation in any field are eligible to apply for admission to Distance MA course. The eligibility criteria for Distance MA degree differs for different government and private colleges of India. 

Many popular colleges ask for at least 50% marks in graduation for admission to Distance MA courses. The admissions to Distance MA degree are based on both  merit and entrance exams.

Students are advised to check the complete admission details before applying for Distance MA courses in colleges of India.

Distance MA is Master of Arts course in distance learning mode which continues for a course duration of 2 to 5 years. Distance MA is a post-graduation course which allows students to pursue master's degree in various speacializations such as History, Sociology, Economics, Political Science, Geography, English, Philosophy, etc. 

Students can pursue Distance MA course after completing their graduation in any field from a recognised university of India. Students must fulfill the admission criteria for the specified course before applying.

Yes, a B.Sc Biomedical student can pursue M.A. in Media and Communication at NITTE Institute of Communication (NICO).

  • Eligibility: Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%.

No, there is no provision for direct admission to the MA course at AJK MCRC. Interested candidates must apply for the JMI Entrance Exam to be shortlisted for the further selection rounds. Candidates obtaining less than 30% marks in the descriptive part of the Entrance Exam are not eligible for admission. Shortlisted candidates are required to appear for a personal interview. They must also bring along their portfolio and State of Purpose (SOP) containing records of all of their extracurricular activities. Further, they must satisfy the basic eligibility criteria before applying for admission.

AJK MCRC MA is offered in four specialisations. Before applying for admission, aspirants must ensure that they meet the preset AJK MCRC MA eligibility criteria. They must have passed a Bachelor's degree of at least three years in any discipline, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate. A relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate is provided to PwD category-candidates. For some specialisations, candidates may be required to have some basic proficiency in the relevant field.
