The Studio Test and Personal Interview for the M.Des programs was conducted from May 14-18, 2024. Candidates who have quaified in the written exams are eigible to appear in the Studio Test.
The detailed shedule for the Studio Test and Interview is released on the admission portal of MIT Institute of Design. The candidate had to attend the exam as per the schedule and slot mentioned in the admit card.

The MITID 2024 final merit list for the B.Des program was released in May 15, 2024. The result will have to be checked online. In the log-in panel that opens, enter your candidate credentials.
The result will have the sectional and overall marks, and the qualifying status. Shortlisted candidates will be called for seat allotment.

It can honestly be answered by an alumni of the institute only. However, 32.5% of students could pass this course in recent years. But you can rely on their shortlisting procedure as it only allows the competent candidates through its selection procedure. In a nutshell, after being shortlisted if you focus on upgrading your skills as per their curriculum, a bright future is awaiting you.

You have to secure at least 50% marks in X and XII and minimum 50% marks in four year Bachelor degree. You have to either appear for DAT or apply with valid CEED score followed by interview and portfolio presentation.

M.Des at UPES School of Design is a two-year course. For the first two semesters you have to pay INR 227000/- as tuition fees and 75000/- as academic service fees total of INR 302000/- per semester and for the last two semesters the tuition fees and the academic service fees would be INR 243000/- and 81000/- respectively total 324000/- per semester. The two year course would cost you INR 1252000/- excluding training and certification fees, personality development courses fees, identity card fees etc. The institute offers financial aid as per needs.

The name says it all. The college is known popularily for its M.Des courses with various specializations. If you want to pursue M.Des, it is a great choice to look at. If you are genuinely looking for great design education, NITs are the way to go for you. There are other options available too like the IITs, IDC etc. but NIT stands out and are perfect for design courses.

There seems to be some discrepancy regarding the highest bundle offered to M.Des students at the National Institute of Design (NID) Bangalore for 2024 placements. Here's what I discovered:
