Apply for NIFT, get good rank and chose preferences of NIFT College near you like Chennai or Bengaluru. You can also apply CEED or NID for M.Des. There is one more college in Chennai which is good-DJ acedemy of art and design.

M.Tech in Automobile Engineering (M.Tech AME) is a postgraduate course in designing, manufacturing and operating automobiles. The minimum eligibility for this course requires passing BE/B.Tech in Automobile/Industrial Production/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical/Mechatronics from a recognized university.
