Hi Akhil, NID is no doubt one of the top colleges to offer this course. It's a government college. NID-Ahmedabad has three campuses:
1. Paldi is the heritage campus.
2. Gandhinagar campus for M.Des courses.

Hi Priyanka, No, you have to complete your B. Des first if you wish to pursue M.Des a 1-year degree is not valid anyways.

Not so good if we talk about MS course. In 2017, there were only 4 companies who offered 4 placement to students with a package of 4.8 and 3 LPA. Companies were Vignan University, Forbes marshell and SVP lasers.
