For MS in Canada, your IELTS score should be ready by the October end.

To do MS in Germany you need IELTS over 6.5 band and minimum 6 band in all four components. If you have academic minimum 60 % you are eligible to get admission. You also need German language A1 certificate. If you have 80 % and above in your academics you can get free education.

After completion of graduation in engineering, many students do not desire to pursue their post-graduation in same field. For you and such students best option is to go for MBA.
