Most of the universities don't consider your marks or CGPA. And let me be clear, based on your percentage scholarships will be decided. So, try to consider it and plan your studies.

Hi,
Admission will be a challenge, limited options will be available or not at all. You can consider opting for a PG Diploma or a Graduate Certificate course instead if you desire to study in Canada. You will need between C$18,000 and C$30,000 annually to cover tuition and living expenses. Diploma courses are less expensive.

Hi,
A very good GRE score will be a plus point. Universities in the US take a holistic approach, admissions are not based on only one factor, so it is imperative that you figure out your strengths and demonstrate them as much as you can and work hard for your GRE. Significant extracurricular activities, projects, excellent recommendation letters, etc., will be crucial to your application.

You have the required IELTS score and scored 77%, you will get admission. You may not get the free education because for that, they require 80%. As you have done MCA instead of doing MS in Computer Science, it is better you do some specialisation in the computer field when you do your Master's degree. It will make you more employable.
