Yes, of course. Master's Degree from Germany is valid in other national countries too. Germany is giving a proper competition to other national country like USA and UK. The degree is recognised at an international level by various countries like Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, UK, etc.

Admission will be a challenge, limited options will be available or not at all. You can consider opting for a PG Diploma or a Graduate Certificate course instead if you desire to study in Canada. You will need between C$18,000 and C$30,000 annually to cover tuition and living expenses. Diploma courses are less expensive.

A very good GRE score will be a plus point. Universities in the US take a holistic approach, admissions are not based on only one factor, so it is imperative that you figure out your strengths and demonstrate them as much as you can and work hard for your GRE. Significant extracurricular activities, projects, excellent recommendation letters, etc., will be crucial to your application.
