The eligibility criteria for MS differ in different universities. General eligibility criteria to in German University is as follows:
(a) High Academics performance or records in undergraduate studies.
(b) If the course is taught in German, then proof of proficiency in German Language. If the course is taught in English, then proof of proficiency in English by TOEFL or IELTS score.
(c) Some universities Require GRE score
(d) With relevant work experience in the field of further study chances of selection increases
(e) Demonstration of technical ability through project execution, participation in Technical symposium, conference etc.

Well Akshay, this is will depend on your interest and career plans. Each course has different demands and career outcomes and you have to compare and match with your own plans accordingly. If you want to further your career in mechanical engineering research then go for MS or M.Eng. MBA abroad is for candidates with work experience and for those who want to grow in the business and managerial field.

Hello, you can consider as per your career plans. After gaining this significant work experience, you should know where you are heading to and what you want. If you are ready to settle down with a managerial career you should opt for an MBA. If you are interested to have a research oriented or teaching career you should ideally choose MS.

I can see no reason why you cannot. With those grades, you should also consider applying to any top ranked universities in countries like Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Germany.
