The scope is good and can be found in research, core science as well as engineering. You should aim for a Ph.D in this field for better opportunities. Germany is a good place for research.

It depends upon your interests as well as several important factors like expenses, fees, placements, industry exposure, etc. The top 20 schools offer an average package of around Rs.15 LPA to Rs.20 LPA. You may even bag international placements through some of them.
Whereas, to pursue MS in foreign countries, the colleges generally ask for some work-experience without which you may be debarred from securing admission. The fees of those schools for just a year is quite expensive. So, I would suggest you to gain some work experience and build your overall profile before, if you are interested in doing MS. Else, MBA in India would do.

The admission in Singapore is very competitive. For a university like NTU, you need a GRE/GMAT or GATE along with TOEFL/ IELTS. There could be an additional criterion, so look into that as well.
