Hi Karthik,
The scope is good and can be found in research, core science as well as engineering. You should aim for a Ph.D in this field for better opportunities. Germany is a good place for research.
As far as power plants are concerned, you can check the below mentioned link:

Hi,
It depends upon your interests as well as several important factors like expenses, fees, placements, industry exposure, etc. The top 20 schools offer an average package of around Rs.15 LPA to Rs.20 LPA. You may even bag international placements through some of them.
Whereas, to pursue MS in foreign countries, the colleges generally ask for some work-experience without which you may be debarred from securing admission. The fees of those schools for just a year is quite expensive. So, I would suggest you to gain some work experience and build your overall profile before, if you are interested in doing MS. Else, MBA in India would do.

Hi,
The admission in Singapore is very competitive. For a university like NTU, you need a GRE/GMAT or GATE along with TOEFL/ IELTS. There could be an additional criterion, so look into that as well.

It is up to the university if they will give you the admissions. Admission decisions are not taken by the people outside of the university. Instead of asking if you will get admission find out how you can increase admission chances that will serve you better. Your grades are not too high but good to go with. Prepare a nice SOP outlining why you want to do Project Management and what are your plans related to your career. Reference letters from your teachers are also important. Visit the university website for exact details regarding admission information.
