No, you can not. MS course is done in the subject of your Bachelor's degree course.

Hi Vishal,
Here is the NUS admission criteria for MS in CS:
The candidates should possess:
- A good honors degree in computing; or
-A good honors degree in a related discipline with 2 years IT industry experience; or
- A good bachelor's degree in computing with 2 years IT industry experience; or
- A good bachelor's or honors degree in business related discipline with 2 years IT industry experience.
In addition, you must also submit GRE/ GMAT/ TOEFL/ IELTS test scores. Check here:

In NTU they offer there is no MS in CS but segregated into:
MSc in Digital Media Technology
MSc in Embedded Sys

There is no common entrance examination on the pattern of GATE for MS admission abroad. However, majority of universities abroad use GRE score as one of the criteria for selection in MS.
