As per Canadian immigration norms, you would require at least CD$10,000 per year for living expenses. Additionally, you must also show enough funds for your return airfare.

In terms of quality education, yes, it is worth and also depending on the university's reputation and program choice. However, UK is not a popular choice nowadays due to the strict work permit rules. Most importantly, 1- year degree courses from UK are not accepted in India.
