Hi,
Overall CGPA is taken into consideration, but you will have to submit your transcript. You should maintain 75% and no backlogs.

Hi Vishnu,
Which college will admit you is very hard to answer. You also did not specify the country. You can check the university websites for admission requirements. They also mention the average GRE scores of admitted students in recent years so you will have an idea.

Hi Aman,
It's very hard to say which university you will get admission in. Admissions are based on the university's selection criteria and the student's profile. If they like your overall profile one of the top 20s may take you in. Check university's websites for admission requirements and average GRE scores of admitted students in the civil engineering MS programmes in last years. Your SOP, LOR and also extracurricular activities, project work, etc. will be scrutinized. Check this:

Hi Adarsh,
You can opt for a MS in the same of MS in engineering management. If you gain some work experience now an MBA would be a good option. Other alternatives include product design and development, logistics, operation management, etc. Australia, Canada and Germany are good places for these courses in terms of job prospects after graduating.

Hi Kiran,
You may check the Graduate Diploma course from Carleton University. I suppose you will find more options in Australia like University of Southern Queensland, University of Adelaide, etc.

Hi Kavivarman,
The only criteria is a very high academic score. You must have had more than 75% in your Bachelor's degree. You must have an IELTS score. German language is not compulsory but it will help in the admission process. You can also take the GATE exam for increasing admission chances.
Here are Germany's top universities:

Hello Nakul,
Recommended GPA is 3 out of 5. The higher your grades the better the chances of admissions. Admitted students have percentile score of around 85 and above.
