Engineering management program is recommended for those who have two to three years of experience in technical field and want to move up to management level. I would not recommended this program for students who are fresher. However, if you have 2-3 years of experience, you may pursue this course and the available opportunities are good.

Your academic records appear to be reasonable. Universities abroad have different yardsticks and you will have check with each one of them to find out eligibility. To me, it appears that there should be no problem.
