For most universities across the globe, the core subjects remains the same while they may bring in more innovative specialisations. You should perhaps visit university websites for program curricula.

Hello Ajinkya,
You can pursue your Masters if you meet the admission requirements. The query you asked is a little incomplete. It is difficult to answer without proper information about your educational information etc.

GRE is not required in most European universities. You can check a particular university for specific requirements. If your academics are not too good then you should take your GRE.

Both have equally bright future. But, the career paths are different. With MS you will have a chance to work in more technical areas with MBA the choice is a bit narrower. Get into MS and you will definitely get a chance work with high end IT companies. When you say MS I assume you are going abroad. If you are going to states best track would be do MS to begin get a job and then if you still want then go do MBA (executive one if possible).

Honestly speaking I would say you to go for MS or ME. If you want to go for MBA I would say get some experience first and then go for MBA degree. If you have some practice work experience under your belt it will definitely give you an edge over others.

Hi,
Few German Universities offering Masters in computer science and engineering program are:
1. RWTH Aachen.
2. FH Aachen.
3. TU Kaiserslautern.
4. TUHH.
Most of the German Universities do not charge any tuition fees and the ones which are charging the fees, they charge very minimal amount. They usually have very high administrative charges. The total amount for 1 year, which includes tuition expenses, living expenses and administrative fees is around Rs.10 to Rs.13 lakhs. The MS degree in Germany is for 2 years.
