1. RWTH Aachen.
2. TU Berlin.
3. TU Munich.

You did not mention the subject, please do so to provide better guidance. You can also refer to QS ranking and check the European university rankings. Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College, Robert Gordon, etc., are top ranked universities.

MBA after MBBS is preferable career options for those doctors who want to be in the field of hospital administrator and do not want to have active medical practice. Doctors with MD and MS can earner better in comparison to hospital administrators in long run.

US, Canada, Australia and Germany are amongst the best. However, finding a job in Germany is difficult. Finding jobs in Canada and Australia is comparatively easier. Go to US if you want to move to research field post MS. But, if you plan to get a job after MS then consider Canada or Australia. Also, for job you might want to try Masters in engineering.
