You can opt for MS in business analytics, management information systems and supply chain management.
MS is equivalent to MBA from a top-notch B-School of India with a hefty fee-structure for approx. 20 lakhs. Approximately same is the fees for MS from a good university of US like University of Connecticut, Waterloo or Orlando. To get admission in foreign university you need to crack GRE and clear TOFEL (language proficiency test). As the general conception score above 320 in GRE will lead you in a better position to apply for good universities.

Please decide which country you want to go to, requirements, expenses etc. will vary accordingly. Scholarships are given by the universities on merit basis. Overall admissions and scholarship chances will depend on your academic performance, GRE scores, work experience, internship, project work, extracurricular activities etc.
How will you be able to afford it? You can consider taking an education loan for your studies abroad. You can also check budget friendly destinations like Singapore, Malaysia, Poland, Germany , Ireland and many more.

You can apply, but your scores are not too fit for a top ranked university. However, you should keep in mind that universities in US consider the overall profile, so if you have a very good academic record, extra-curricular activities, work experience and any other value addition, you may get through.
