Hi Alok, to pursue MS from anywhere in the world you must first complete Bachelor degree. So prepare for BS and not MS. To study in US you must clear SAT and TOEFL. A first class in 12th is recommended, if you want to get into the best universities you must target not less than 70%. Apart from this you must be actively involved in extracurriculars,universities in USA prefers all rounders and not book worms.Best of luck.

Hi, Germany would be the best option for mechanical engineering and related fields, USA is no doubt the top most choice. You can also consider Canada and Japan. For the best universities please check Times Higher Education Ranking, QS Ranking etc. Purdue University, UBC, RWTH Aachen are popular universities for this area. Best of luck.

There is no MS AI in MIT, if you are interested in a particular program research well first. Have you checked the MIT website? Get into the Master's of Engineering program or Master of Science program offered by the EECS Department, you will have research opportunities in AI and Robotics. Good academic recodrd, GRE and exceptional innovative skills need to be demonnstrated. Here is a link

University of Passau, University Heidelberg, TH Köln (University of Applied Sciences), RWTH Aachen, TU Munchen are some ideal options. Refer to DAAD website for a complete list and requirements. Eligibility varies, Germany overall is extremely competitive hence you would need an outstanding academic record, an IELTS or TOEFL score. German language knowledge will be beneficial. Is automotive software a good choice ? This is something you must answer, if it suits your career needs. As per reports the field is quite new and in - demand. Germany is a hub.
