I would suggest you to get some work experience first as that will help you in two ways. Firstly, your profile becomes better as universities do look for it for MS. Secondly, you will be able to decide upon which specialization is best for you as per your skills, interest and core strengths.

The eligibility required for IIT JAM is different for every course. so you have to select the academic program for which you are eligible.
