Italy is a well known destination for Arts. Politecnico di Milano is probably the one you can look for in Italy. The Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark , UK are also good options, Germany is however the best place to study mechanical engineering. Hope it helped.

German universities have two main intakes having the major deadlines during January and July. Since you have crossed the Jan deadline you can look forward to submit the applications by July for the next intake or winter intake to start from September depending on the university. 15th July is generally the deadline. Some of the best universities in Canada for Mechanical engineering include University of Waterloo, McGill University, University of Toronto, University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University ( particularly known for its Robotics department) among others.
