Hello,For MBA and MS the following entrance exam scores are accepted CAT NMAT, SNAP IIFT CMAT and CET. For PGDM, there are more options like XAT MAT IBSAT ATMA etc. as per the colleges.

Yes, you can get really good universities in US, if you apply and even things like where you pursued your UG, in what all activities you have participated will be considered before admission.
