MS is a very broad term and we have to understand each and every nuance related to the application process. It is quite difficult to put the entire admission procedure in one answer but I've tried to include all the necessary points.
- First of all, you need to have a bachelor's degree with good scores. Each university has a specific minimum percentage requirement which you need to check on their website before applying.
- Official Transcripts of your Bachelor's program are to be submitted to the faculty. A transcript consists of all the courses you've completed in your Bachelor's program. Typically a GPA of 3.0/4.0 and above is okay.

Then it will be very hard as you have to give big admission charges, so it will be more preferable to get your NEET done first all the best for that, and please upvote if you find it helpful.

Hello,
The minimum GPA required for admission into the MS programme after graduation in Canada is 3.0 on a scale of 4. That results in 65 to 70%. Must obtain a GPA in the range of 7.5 to 7. Additionally, you must meet the GMAT or GRE requirements in order to be selected for the programme. Before applying for postgraduate admission at a Canadian university, a general candidate must have graduated with 65 to 70% of the possible points and 12 years of relevant work experience. This will be useful.

As of my knowledge, gap of one year is not at all a problem but, the gap Certificate might be necessary to show the appropriate reason for gap in the academic years and then after get an admission for Masters in universities of USA with that graduation Certificate. Along with the gap Certificate.

For GRE IELTS & TOEFL you won't face any issues, as I've already given 2 of the tests mentioned above I know about the whole process they don't even ask about which college you're studying at, all you need is a valid passport. Talking about MS, yes, there will be hurdles but you can put the final degree as still awaiting.
