This is a very vague question and there are thousand of institutes in India. I would suggest, you find out the institutes you wish to take admission in and then ask questions related to their admission details.

Total seats for M.Sc Biotechnology in MBT are 60 so getting a merit no. under 100 is the best chance to get a confirmed seat.
The cut-off rank is under 100.
If you have a rank higher than this then you have very less chances of getting a seat for M.Sc.

There are opportunities in R&D as well as other corporate jobs like patent and market analysis.
1. R&D: There are some entry-level jobs for freshers in Biotech firms. Job responsibilities may vary from QC (Quality Checking), sales (as this requires basic technical understanding also), data analysis, technical support etc. As graduates are not that sound in technical skills, they are not involved in hard-core research. M.Sc. Biotechnology is a 2-year long course divided into 4 semesters. The minimum eligibility criterion needed to be fulfilled for pursuing the course is graduation in any of Biology, Math, and Chemistry.

I think, you should do M.Sc. In biotech after B.Sc. Biotech because as you are experienced in this field already, so it would be better for good career and salary also.
