Hello,
Yes, you can apply for IIT JAM Exam. You need a graduation degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks for General & OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories. Hello,
You do meet the admission requirement for Ireland universities, but Ireland does not accept more than 5 backlogs, if possible, you can make it up in statement of purpose providing the admission body the proper explanation for it.

No, you are not eligible for IIT JAM exam.

Here are the career prospects after bio chemistry:
You should do M.Sc biochemistry. You can do M.Sc chemistry if you have chemistry as a core subject in all 3 years of B.Sc. 12th subjects don't matter much.

After B.Sc Nursing, you can do both master course like M.Sc in dietetics or nursing.
Yes, you can apply for M.Sc Dietetics course, because B.Sc Nursing course is a Biological science Graduation.
Those who are having Bachelor's degree in Home Sciences/ Medical/Bio- Sciences, Medical Science & Allied Medical are eligible to apply for M.Sc Dietetics course.
