IIT is much better for M.Sc in mathematics. You need to qualify IIT JAM exam to pursue M.Sc from IIT.

Hey,
Both M.Sc in maths and MCA are career oriented courses (M.Sc in CS is not a good idea as compared to MCA). Both the courses are different. So it's up to you that which course you want to pursue. You can opt for M.Sc in maths after that you can continue your career in teaching field.
And if you think computer science is better then you can go with MCA and can get a job in MNCs and IT sector.
