The M.Sc nutrition allows you to specialise in one of these areas:
1. Therapeutic Nutrition
2. Public Health Nutrition
3. Food Science
M.Sc comprises general subjects such as Research Methods and Computer applications, Biochemistry, Food Microbiology and Food Safety, Food Science and Quality Control, Advanced Human Nutrition, Physiology and Principles of Food Science.

There are number of good colleges that offer M.Sc. Food Science & Technology. Some of the features of a good college are good practical and industrial exposure, good placements, skill development programs, professional enhancement training and exposure to its students and along with this how much scholarship is provided by the college to the students. It is quite a good college for the food technology as this college has tie-ups with many good companies like Bikano and Haldiram's and many more so you take admission in this college undoubtedly.
