Dear,In the eligibility criteria for admission along with others they have mentioned MBBS with 50% marks, at least, but unfortunately there is no mentioning of BDS.

M.Sc Maths in applied field from any institution of nation importance, like IITs or so is better for you. You did not mention the stream, where you did B.Tech still Applied Maths is an arena of great scope compared to many Masters.
