Hello, To appear in IIT JAM Exam, you need a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognised university. Students in their final year of graduation can also apply for the exam. So, you are eligible. But you should also satisfy all the other eligibility criteria if you want to appear in the exam. If you want to appear for M.Sc entrance of zoology, you have to prepare all that you have done in your B.Sc level all subjects you had except for language.

Chandigarh University doesn't hold a record of question paper online, though it has all its question papers in the main library of Chandigarh University which can be referred from there itself.

MS Ramaiah is better, here you can get exposure yourself to the more opportunities to the business world and in terms of placements every year from MS Ramaih most of the students got placed in various industries.

That rule is only applicable for the colleges which are Government based like government colleges and government universities in Maharashtra, but this is not applicable to the private colleges which are residing in Maharashtra.

I would advice for M.Sc. In environmental Science and suggest BVIEER (Institute of environment education and research of Bharati Vidyapeeth) at Pune would be the best option to pursue the course.
