Minimum Eligibility to Apply for M.Sc in Remote Sensing and GIS Application:
Graduation: 55%
Mandatory Course: B.Sc (Botany, Zoology, Forestry, Agriculture, Physics and Geology).
Final year appearing candidates can also apply on the provisional basis.
You must have the knowledge of computers.
Or
Completed B.Tech in the relevant discipline with at least 50% marks or equivalent score.
University Examination.

Check the profile they prefer, this is the profile you should be building. An upper first class, above 75% is recommended. Additionally, GMAT/GRE and IELTS/TOEFL is also required. Check the link provided above.

It may be allowed only if you do not switch the university to which both the colleges are affiliated. In certain cases, colleges allow the change in the second year of MS if the student wishes to stay within the parameters of the university governing both the institutions is the same. Since MS is a short duration course as compared to any Bachelor's degree, the probability of allowing the change in the second year might reduce. You will have to confirm with the institute where you are looking to take admission for the second year.

I think you can apply for Master's degree in Science in forensic and criminology or you should have a Master's degree in nursing, because it's future is very bright and has many scope.
