I think double M.Sc is not possible because you have already done 51.5 percent marks in M.Sc.

There are many universities offering M.Sc in Botany through distance such as Jaipur National university, IGNOU etc. You can choose any one of them and can enroll in the course. Hope you got your answer.

You can do Masters in Astrophysics after B.Sc. You need to go through the entrance exams first followed by personal interview for respective colleges. I'm giving you a list of colleges that offer this course-
IISc - Bangalore
IUCAA - Pune
Osmania university. - Hyderabad
KAHE - Tamilnadu
Punjab university. - Punjab

It depends upon the institute, whether they provide scholarship on the basis of sports achievement or not. As most of the universities provide scholarships to the students who have sports achievement at state or national level. It will be better if you consult the administration of the institute.

The candidate must have completed B.Sc. (Forensic Science)/B.Sc. (Pass) wiith 50% in of the two subjects, viz. Botany, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and Zoology or BDS from a recognized university.
