M.Sc in Computer Science is very much different from Data Science. In Data Science, it's all about Data. Right from the beginning of Data mining, manipulation, Visualisation, analysing, concluding, database etc etc. It's a huge feild itself. Wheares, Computer science is releated to Softwares and it's working. Hence, Data Science and Computer science is far different from each other. However, at the fundamental level both are interrelated.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck.
