Hi Samridhi,
GATE scores are accepted by German institutions. Your academics are good but a higher percentage in B.Tech would somehow have been better. None the less, apply. Take the IELTS too. Besides the GATE score and your B.Tech percentage, universities will also check your internship quality, projects, research, patents if any, publications etc. It's a highly competitive process in Germany. Good luck.

Hi Prem,
Studying abroad does not guarantee a secured future. There are many factors which depend on how good your career prospects will be like the university, the reputation, your academic and class performance, your own communication and networking skills, corporate tie-ups of the university and so on. You have to evaluate all the aspects and study in a good university and the course of your interest and choice to make it happen. First, know what you want and what kind of job you want to do. That's most important.

Admission eligibility criteria to M.Sc in food and nutrition is B.Sc in home science or a degree in dietetics. I am sorry to say that your degree doesn't make you eligible for this degree.
