Applying to a good university abroad with so many backlogs will be highly competitive and chances are minimal. You can be eligible and can apply to colleges but getting admission won't be easy. You should contact some overseas consultant and get your profile nicely evaluated or you should start researching university admission requirements on your own, email them and start the application process yourself. Universities which are ranked high will be very tough. And you must also take the IELTS. Normally, to secure admission in MS Germany, you would have to appear for the GRE exam, and also appear for a language proficiency exam like TOEFL or IELTS. You would also have to submit your UG score. Average fee structure for this course ranges from 10-20 Lacs INR.
