Hi Srujan,
Applying to a good university abroad with so many backlogs will be highly competitive and chances are minimal. You can be eligible and can apply to colleges but getting admission won't be easy. You should contact some overseas consultant and get your profile nicely evaluated or you should start researching university admission requirements on your own, email them and start the application process yourself. For admission in agriculture courses, students have to clear the entrance exam organized at national, university or state level. National Level Entrance Exam for Agriculture courses in India are mentioned below:
1) ICAR AIEEA 2018
State Level Exams:
1) KCET 2018- Karnataka
2) KEAM 2018- Kerala
3) OUAT 2018- Orissa
4) TS EAMCET 2018-Telangana
University Level Exams:
1) BVP CET 2018
2) AMU 2018
There are other entrance exams you can opt to pursue. I have mentioned the most popular entrance exams which you can try to crack for admission into a course in agriculture. Regards.

Normally, to secure admission in MS Germany, you would have to appear for the GRE exam, and also appear for a language proficiency exam like TOEFL or IELTS. You would also have to submit your UG score. Average fee structure for this course ranges from 10-20 Lacs INR.
