Yes, you can do B.Ed after M.Sc (electronics). Since you are from computers background, the best subjects for you in B.Ed will IT and computer science.

One can also pursue M.Tech in Oceanography or Marine Biology. The minimum qualification is M.Sc and sometime a valid GATE score is essential for admission to this program.

Hi Harika,
Ideally, 6.5 with no section less than 6 is required. But only IELTS score is not the criteria for admission. You must also have sufficient academic grades and must qualify to study MS. You can check this link below for colleges, MS courses and the admission requirements:
