Of course you can. There are different universities abroad offering really varied types of courses. But unfortunately such information has to be obtained individually. I would advise you to approach an agency specialising in this area. There are very many nuances in whole process and you must get them all right.

I don't think IITs offer biotechnology but you can check Shiksha's website and use filters to see it if gives such course.
