Yes, you can get admission in M.Sc. in the current year, provided you meet the eligibility criteria of different colleges and admission dates are still available and you qualify in the written test carried out by most colleges. If you have scored 70% in your UG degree/diploma you should be able to get admission in most colleges.
Academic Eligibility Criteria for Master of Science Course
Aspirants who have finished their graduation can apply for the M.Sc course. Students require a score of above 55 percent to get admittance into a college. Also, you may be required to write an admission test.

Here is an unbiased review by one of the students at Amity, Jaipur. You should be able to decide if the college is good for the course you want to pursue.
1) Placements : Placements for the senior batch held this year was good. 90% of our seniors were placed in good companies like Wipro, Tech Mahindra etc. The placement record of Amity is 100% for our batch for the last 2 years. Placements held last year saw 150 students from the ECE department getting placed. The placement record every year is constant and there is no decrease in placements at Amity.

You can choose any discipline you wish to study in B.Sc. There are no restrictions to the subject you want to study in your B.Sc. However, if you want to pursue astrobiology In your M.Sc. you should take up a course which is relevant to that stream. Most of the undergraduate programs involve the study of physics, chemistry, biology, geology, astronomy, and related areas.

Hi Himanshu, 16 years education is required by many universities but again they can accept 15 years education depending on the university's flexibility. Some universities will require a evaluation of your degree.You have to email some universities and you will know it.
