Its a good choice if you enroll into a reputed university like RMIT Australia, Charles University Australia etc but not many options will be available. Many programs are doctoral programs and you must give exams as well.

As you did B.Sc in Bio-Tech you have good chances to make career in research and development field. Bio-Tech is a niche area and research and research assistants offers are available. Whereas, if you are looking for business related role than MBA-Hospital Management is better option. But MBA from top institutes like TAPMI, XIMB, S.P.Jain, which offers hospital management specialisation is beneficial.

You shall prepare for IAS exams rather than going for M.Sc.

Opt for computer science chances are more for that and you can settle anywhere either as BPO or in software job.
