The GRE and TOEFL must be taken. Also, you must check if a 3-year B.Sc will be accepted or not, in the latter case a WES evaluation will be required.

Since you have completed your M.Sc and matured enough you should choose the course wisely and which meets your career plans. MBA is a good option if you want to hold a managerial position. But to apply to MBA programs you must gain work experience. You should first figure out what you want and then decide.
