Both courses are good and will eventually lead to the same job prospects. The only difference is the name but you will study the same curriculum in both the courses, so get into any of them.

To get into IT-Industry you can pursue any Computer language. IT companies recruits people for IT-Infrastructure wing. You can also get into consultant position if you do courses related to business management.

If you want to join a IT company or IT-Infrastructure wing of any MNC than MCA is best option. If you want to go in teaching/research field than M.Sc is better option.

It is up to your interest if you are eager to make your career in Management field than MBA is good option. If you are willing to make your career in teaching/ competitive exam/research than M.Sc Maths is good option. So, think before taking any decision.
