National Institute of Technology Nagaland and National Institute of Technology Meghalaya are the two prominent colleges for MSc admissions. Both colleges accept IIT JAM scores, followed by CCMN counselling for MSc admission. NIT Nagaland CCMN cutoff 2025 has been released for Round 1, wherein the closing rank for MSc in Physics was 1835 for the General AI quota. The entry requirements for M.Sc in Computer Science are similar to the general requirements for postgraduate taught programs offered by the university. Acadmically, the minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 55% from a recognised university in a related subject (equivalent to 2.2 honours degree in a related subject).
