The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) will release the INI CET 2025 results and cut-off scores on its official website. The cut-off scores will be released for each category and course, and the merit list will list the candidates who have qualified based on their rank and category percentile. 
The minimum qualifying cut-off score varies by category, with the general category requiring a score of 50 percentile and reserved categories requiring a score of 45 percentile. The cut-off scores are the minimum marks a candidate needs to score to qualify for the exam.
