Yenepoya University has certain course specific requirements for M.Sc. programs offered by the university for the academic year2023. Generally qualified undergraduate degree in B.Sc, BAMS, BHMS, BPT or B. Pharm with an aggregate of at least 50% is theminimum qualification required inmost cases. However, relaxation in the percentage may be applicable for SC/ST candidates.

According to the most recent cutoff information Christ University in Bangalores M.Sc in Data Science program requires a minimum of 50% of undergraduate credits from an accredited university. BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics) BE/B.Tech, or its equivalent are among the degrees that qualify. A personal interview a skill assessment test, and an analysis of prior academic achievement are the basis for admission. For two years the total program fee is roughly 4.32 lakh. A BCA, B.Sc in Computer Science (Hons), B.Tech or BE in Computer Science/Engineering with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required for eligibility to pursue an M.Sc in Data Science at Punjab University. Unfortunately unless it includes significant coursework equivalent to computer science, a B.Sc. in non medical does not meet these requirements. The PU CET PG entrance test determines admission to this program.
It could be useful to look into particular universities that provide cross the disciplinary admission choices if you want to investigate the different universities with flexible eligibility for M.Sc Data Science programs.

Since, Optometry is not mentioned in the list of subjects for the UGC NET examination, the following points maybe of help to you. One can give the UGC NET examination in a related subject such as Life sciences (code 45) or Physical sciences (code 35). Still, you are going to have to study more and make sure your post-graduation degree will be in the field of the chosen subject. There are other competitive exams by National Testing Agency such as CSIR NET exam in which there is one subject that can be related to Optometry called Life Sciences. You can find M.Sc Microbiology programs with scholarship at different universities. For example, MIT-WPU has M.Sc Microbiology with a programme duration of 2years where the total fee charged is around INR 1,20,000 per year. Also, other Universities such as Centurion University of Technology and Management, The Global University and Venkateshwara Open University providing M.Sc Microbiology programs with scholarships facilities. Maynooth University entry requirements for the MSc in Data Science and Analytics course are given as follows-
- A 4-year duration bachelor's degree
- The applicants are expected to achieve a high 2H1 / 1H in a programme with strong numeric content to include a minimum of three / four math's modules with high mathematic skills

Depending on what kind of application you are doing for studying MS programs in the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, you can go through some of it without work experience.
For example, the MS in Clinical Research programme does not require any relevant work experience.
Instead, it evaluates applicants based on their academic records, recommendation letters, and GRE or TOEFL/IELTS scores. While any research or pertinent internship experience would certainly add value to your application, there is no prerequisite for it.
