There are a total of 240 seats for integrated BSc-MSc programmes of CIT Coimbatore. The seat intake is 60 for each of the course specialisation. The institute allot seats for the integrated courses based on applicants performance in the entrance exam, technical interview, and academic record. CIT Coimbatore admit candidates to the integrated BSc+MSc course as per the predefined selection procedure. Candidates seeking admission need to take the entrance test conducted by the institute. The shortlisted students are called for the technical interview round. Further, based on applicants academic record and performance in selection rounds, the final selection is done. After selection, the admission can be confirmed on payment of the first semester fee.

CIT Coimbatore released an official notification to declare the date and time of joining for selected candidates. As per the official notice, selected candidates could report from Jun 24 to Jun 27, 2024 from 9:30 am onwards. Students had to bring all the original certificates along with attested copies and DD of INR 78,400 as the first semester fee.
