Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology offers M.Tech in Nanotechnology as a full-time regular course lasting for two years. Yes, you may do M.Tech in Nanotechnology after B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy), but different universities have different eligibility criteria. Some universities take B.Pharm graduates for M.Tech in Nanotechnology, but some universities need a B.Tech/BE in disciplines such as Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science. Admission is usually on the basis of GATE scores, university entrance examinations, or merit. The eligibility criteria for getting admission in M.Tech course in any college or university inside India is that you must have either completed 4 years' engineering programme, which is B.Tech, or you have should have completed your Masters degree in the relevant subject. Coming to your specific case, you have to complete M.Sc in physics or any other allied discipline.
