The part time M.Tech syllabus is not same across all the colleges. The syllabus for M Tech part time courses varies on the basis of the college and the specialisation chosen by you. Talking about the first year of part time MTech, the general subjects might be similar to provide you with some advanced level knowledge about a few advanced level engineering concepts. Rest, the subjects will depend on the respective specialization.

It is not compulsory for you to give an entrance exam for admission to part time M.Tech courses. There are a lot of colleges that give admission on the basis of marks secured in graduation. But, it is better if you give the exam as it may increase your chances of getting a top-ranked college for pursuing Part Time M.Tech for Working Professionals.

Candidates seeking admission to IIIT Bhopal MTechc courses must visit the official website of the institute, download the application form, fill it out, and upload it. Once all the students have applied, the applicants are evaluated and shortlisted based on their past academic performance.

Yes, as an official notification released by IIIT Bhopal, admission to M.Tech (Part Time) courses is not entrance-based. Candidates seeking admission to M.Tech (Part Time) courses are not required to present a valid score in GATE. Such candidates can directly apply for the preferred course on the institute's official website. Admission of these candidates is done based on performance in the subsequent interview round.
