Civil engineering is a booming industry. Transport engineering is some of the more in-demand areas now. It is honestly not easy for international students to get a job abroad. If you have the right skills, I don't see any reason why you will not get a job. US is no doubt quite competitive, they also have strict rules for international students. First of all, just try to figure out what you really want to do in your life and then make up your mind. Step by step dividing each process to achieve what you want. The reason I said these lines because obviously you would need to pursue a Master degree in any field of technology or engineering. And this is like Aerospace engineering, so as per my experience and opinion, during our Bachelor degree days we didn't had much opportunity to learn deeper about a particular subject and that's why it is really necessary to pursue a Master degree and if you want to go for deeper research about your course then, also go for Ph.D.
