Eligibility criteria for M.Tech is graduation degree in engineering or equivalent. Diploma holders can not join M.Tech directly.

As we are mechanical we can't expect any placement from campus. There wont be much placements ,but the will come companies. We should try outside only.

you have to do IELTS to apply. There is no M.Tech I abroad. It is only M.Sc.
