You can take admission in state technical university affiliated colleges, for this purpose you need to appear for an entrance exam conducted every year by respective university/colleges etc.

Do something in which you are truly interested. Did you enjoy what you did in B.Tech? If yes, by all means you should pursue M.Tech because you will always excel in what you enjoy. If you think you have enough domain knowledge but want to test your business and managerial acumen then it will be a good idea to pursue MBA.

As an Aeronautical engineer, there are job opportunities available in India as well as in foreign countries. You may work for large aviation companies such as Airbus, Boeing and even NASA.
