Yes, Bangalore Institute of Technology does offer M.Tech courses for the duration of over two-years, divided into four semesters and offered in full-time mode. The eligibility criteria to get admission into theses courses is candidates must complete their BE/ BTech degree with at least an aggregate of 50% and 45% for reserved category candidates. Moreover, the institute offers three specialisations in M.Tech courses- M.Tech in Structural Engineering, Computer Science Engineering and VLSI Design & Embedded Systems.

The usual M.Tech in SWCE course duration is 2 years in India. Almost all of the M.Tech degree courses have a time span of 2 years, except the integrated MTech-PhD courses that are 5 years long. Currently, NIT Bhopal has not released the cutoff for the M.Tech course 2025 on the basis of GATE ranks and scores. However, to get an idea about the competitiveness of the cutoff in the previous years, candidates can check the below table:

Conclusively, the NIT Bhopal shows a fluctuating trend over these mentioned years. In 2024, the cutoff increases by few numbers, and the competition gets slightly easier. However, this cutoff is not definitive, as the 2025 cutoff may be either more competitive or lower.
