Aspirants must complete a bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology of any recognised university in the concerned discipline to apply for CMR College of Engineering and Technology M.Tech course. Aspirants who have completed AMIE/ AMIETE or similar qualifications recognised by UPSC as equivalent to BE/ BTech can also apply.

There are a total of 48 seats in M.Tech course of CMR College of Engineering and Technology. There is an intake of 12 in each M.Tech specialisation. CMRCET offers seats in M.Tech programme based on a valid score in GATE or TS PGECET. Once selected, aspirants need to confirm their seat by paying the course fee after completion of counseling.

The NIPER Mohali M.Tech admission process starts with the NIPER JEE application process. NIPER JEE is the entrance exam conducted by NIPER Guwahati and it is mandatory for aspirants to appear for the exam is they wish to pursue M.Tech at any of the NIPERs. The entrance exam schedule for 2025 is yet to be released. However, based on the previous years' trends, the application process for NIPER JEE usually starts around the last week of April. It is expected to continue till May. The exam is typically held in June (tentative).

NIPER JEE is the accepted entrance exam for M.Tech admission at NIPER Mohali. M.Tech aspirants must apply and appear for NIPER JEE, which is conducted by NIPER Guwahati. The application form for the same is available on the official NIPER Guwahati website. The two-hour exam consists of 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs) under two sections. Section A comprises 25% questions which are based on General English, Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Knowledge etc. Section B comprises 75% of the total questions which are based on the syllabi of BPharm and PG degrees (MSc) in the relevant fields.

No, getting direct admission to the M.Tech course of NIPER Mohali is not possible. NIPER Mohali offers entrance-based admission to all its courses, including an MTech. Aspirants are required to appear for the NIPER JEE exam conducted for centralised admission process across all NIPERs. Further, it is compulsory for aspirants to appear for GPAT/GATE/NET/any other National Fellowship to be eligible for admission to all master's programmes at NIPERs. Additionally, aspirants must meet the course-specific eligibility criteria prescribed by the institute.

Yes, candidates can get admission to MSc at ASM CSIT with 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for general category). The minimum eligiblity criteria is pass BSc or BCS with 50% (45% aggregate for general category). However, Applicants must appear for college-level entrance exam for admission.
