The fee for M.Tech programmes at VMSB UTU ranges from INR 80.5 K to INR 2.3 lakh. In addition to the tuition fee, the course fee structure will include a number of other fee components, including the admission fee, security amount, and other fees. Some of the fees are chargeable only once, such as the security deposit and admission fee, while others are to be paid annually, including the tuition fee.

Indian Oil Odisha Campus, Bhubaneswar accepts JEE Main scores for admission to the Integrated M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering. In 2025, the JEE Main Round 1 seat allotment results, the cutoff ranks were released for Integrated M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering. This is the only course for which the institute has released the JEE Main cutoff. Considering the Indian Oil Odisha Campus, Bhubaneswar cut off 2025, the closing rank as per Round 1 stood at 50603 for the General AI category candidates. Similarly, for OBC AI category candidates, the cutoff rank for the same course stood at 19759.

There are more than 290 Construction Engineering colleges in India. Out of which around 153 colleges accept the GATE exam scores for admission to the M.E./MTech in Construction Engineering course. You need to get good marks and rank in the exam to get a seat at a top college, including the IITs and NITs.
