Hello Prajakta,
The admission is based on the entrance exam for post-graduation called VITMEE. So, you need to clear that exam with a good score.
You are eligible to appear for the exam as you have more than 50% in your bachelor's degree.

It will be better to choose M.Tech rather than MBA because here you can choose your corresponding branch in PhD. Whereas if you go for MBA you have to focus on different fields, i.e. management as well but if you want a job then you can go through MBA.

There are many reasons why some students do not register for a PhD and favour an MPhil. Firstly, an MPhil is sometimes the name for a one-year Masters as is the case at the University of Cambridge. No, it will not be possible to pursue M.Tech from Osmania University as the university takes admission through GATE exam and you will be not be able to meet the age criteria.

Depends on whether you want to remain in the technical field or you want to opt for a managerial post. You should go for MBA if you want to continue with the managerial post and not so technical roles and vice versa.

There is no dual degree program that combines MCA and M.Tech and after BCA, you can opt for MCA but not for M.Tech. There are integrated MCA and integrated M.Tech programs.
