MET - Mumbai is a decent college to pursue MMS or PGDM. Though considering the ROI, MMS is a better option. The average package offered is around Rs.5 LPA. MET is a good option, if you don't have any better colleges.

In Maharashtra, all engineering colleges admit students based on the result of MH CET. The exception is given to IIT - M, VNIT - Nagpur and AIT - Pune. So, if you want to join VJTI, then you will have to appear for MHTCET.

Except for IIT, NIT and CFI, all other colleges in Maharashtra offer lateral admission. It's basically economic decision. With close to 40K seats not filled, colleges do need students to sustain.

It depends on two factors. Firstly, how difficult will be the paper this year and secondly, how many students seek admission in MIT. However, MIT is considered as a premier institute and hence, it's expected that 75 percentile should be enough.
