Pardeep, some of the colleges offering B.Com in Mumbai are given in the link below
https://www.shiksha.com/search/?q=b.com&c=4&sc=83&sa=10224^^0^527^0^0^0&ts=1174833&rf=searchwidget&ct[]=10224&sp[]=527&ldb=l-527
Choose college of your choice and inquire whether they give chance to students who have done 12th in second attempt. Otherwise some of the best universities in the country offering B.Com and are having good placement record too are Sharda, Lovely, Manipal etc. Most of these universities not only offer B.Com (pass) but also B.Com (H), B.Com (Professional), integrated/ dual B.Com-M.Com/ B.Com-MBA, etc.
