You can visit our website for detailed placement report. Average package this year is is 7.6 lpa with a highest CTC of 11 lac pa. See, to be very candid, I think you should decide yourself. It's your career, compare the fees, infrastructure, faculty qualifications and placement report etc to get better view of the situation of both colleges.

ITM Mumbai will be a better option amongst the two. XIME Kochi is new so it would be better to avoid it. ITM Mumbai has an average package of around 6lpa.

It is a decent college with average placements. It also depends on the other options you have in hand. It would be recommended to go for colleges that have an established brand name and a good Industry interface
